My Minecraft Plugins
I've been a huge fan of Minecraft for many years. I started playing back in 2012, back in the days of version 1.2.5. I fondly remember those days with friends on the various servers we played on. Over the years, I became interested in running my own servers, and I started learning the technical side of Minecraft. I ran several successful servers over the years, and still run a couple small private servers to this day.
When I started going to school for computer science, I found my love for programming. Suddenly a new world was opened to me where I could actually build server plugins and understand even more about how Minecraft Servers operate. Now I have several plugins that I've created (and a couple that I didn't create but have updated to modern Minecraft). For instance, some of my favorite servers from back in the day were Factions servers. Although not nearly as popular as they once were, I still enjoy a good Factions server. Since I run Factions on my own servers, and the original Factions has long since been unmaintained, I decided to update it so I could continue running Factions on my server without having to try to migrate to a different Factions plugin. It's cool to work on a plugin that I've used for years, even back in the days when it was still in its infancy.
